Exactly what we pull, and when.
This page lists every public source currently in our pipeline, the date windows actually collected, and the city pages that pass our publishing threshold.
City pages with live data
A trade × city page is published only when it has at least 10 real permit records in the trailing 8 weeks. No page is made from a template with a city name swapped in.
17 other trade × city combinations have records but are below the threshold and are not published.
Sources in the pipeline
The current extract is filtered to roofing permits; other trades are mapped once their extracts are added.

The honest limit. A permit usually means the job is already sold. We say that up front. The value is what happens around it:
- Neighbor marketing around active jobs: same-age houses on the same street.
- Cross-trade follow-on demand: new roof → solar, gutters, insulation; remodel → HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pool; new build → pest, security, landscaping.
- Competitor intelligence: which contractors pull permits where (where the jurisdiction publishes it), and who to recruit as subs.
- Early-stage projects for commercial trades and GC subs.

Tell us your trade and ZIPs. If the jurisdiction publishes permit data, we can usually add it. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
